Pay: 13.87 per hour | Weekly Pay | Ad Hoc Work

Rapier Employment is currently recruiting Lashers to work at Southampton Docks, securing vehicles on vessels before departure.

This is an ad hoc role, with shifts offered as and when vessels require additional staff, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible work.

Duties include: • Strapping and securing cars to the bottom of vessels • Working safely within the docks environment • Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to health & safety procedures Requirements: • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable working in a fast paced outdoor environment • Previous manual or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential What we offer: • 13.87 per hour • Weekly pay every Friday • Flexible, ad hoc shifts • Opportunity to work within a busy Southampton docks operation If you're physically fit, dependable, and looking for flexible work, we'd love to hear from you.
