Two people doing identical work can be paid a third apart — and without open data, neither of them knows.
This site is the fix: pay in the open — live jobs that show the money, official benchmarks, and a free, anonymous rate index built by the people doing the work.
What you get
Live jobs boards across ten industries show the pay before you apply. Pay Pulse tracks the going rate for real work daily, so you see where pay is heading — not just where it stood. Every ad is checked against live market benchmarks and official statistics. All free for workers, always.
Where the numbers come from
Straight answer: rates submitted anonymously by the people doing the work, advertised pay pulled from thousands of live UK job listings, and official ONS earnings statistics as the government benchmark alongside them. Where the data is thin, we say so on the page rather than dress it up.
What we're not
We don't sell your details, we don't sell leads, and we're not an agency. Rates are shown as aggregated ranges only — never one man's numbers.
