Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing) Melton, East Yorkshire 13.21 per hour Monday to Friday We're currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Melton. This role is focused on picking, packing and order fulfilment, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. We have opportunities available on either: Late Shift: 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday) Permanent Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Monday to Friday) The Role • Picking customer orders accurately using pick sheets or scanners • Packing products safely and efficiently ready for dispatch • Labelling, wrapping and preparing goods for shipment • Checking stock for quality and accuracy • Loading and unloading deliveries when required • Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse • Working to daily targets and deadlines • Following all health & safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential Experience of picking and packing would be advantageous Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Good organisational and time management skills Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment What's On Offer? • Monday to Friday working pattern • Choice of Late Shift or Permanent Night Shift • Ongoing work with a well-established employer • Friendly and supportive team environment • Immediate starts available for suitable candidates If you're looking for a warehouse role with consistent hours and a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
