Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers - Bellshill People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a large, well-established distribution centre based in Bellshill. The client has opportunities available across both the Grocery and Produce/Fresh departments. These roles are fast-paced and target-driven, so previous warehouse picking experience is essential due to the nature of the work. This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Voice Picker, Order Picker, LLOP Driver, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Scanner Operative or Distribution Operative. Shifts • Any 5 days over 7 • You must be available to work any day of the week • Weekend working is required as part of the rota • The rota is fairly distributed on an any 5 over 7 basis • Available shifts are 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00 • Candidates must be able to attend their first week of training on a 06:00 start Inductions • Inductions take place every Monday • Drug and alcohol screening will be completed on site • Candidates must pass the drug and alcohol test before starting • Full paid site induction and training will be provided Rates of Pay Pre 12 weeks: • Day shift: 13.22 per hour • Late shift: 14.54 per hour • Night shift: 15.63 per hour • Overtime: 19.82 per hour Post 12 weeks: • Day shift: 14.06 per hour • Late shift: 15.47 per hour • Night shift: 16.62 per hour • Overtime: 21.09 per hour • Paid breaks apply Pick Bonus • 30p per hour extra for achieving 90%-95% of target • 50p per hour extra for achieving 95% and above of target Benefits • Ongoing, long-term work within a major distribution operation • Competitive rates of pay with overtime opportunities • Performance-related pick bonus scheme • Weekly pay every Friday • Paid breaks • Full paid induction and on-site training • Ongoing support from People Solutions
