Machine Operator
Location: Worcester Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Peak Season (October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm) Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable days-based role with plenty of overtime and the opportunity to work on premium, bespoke products?
The Role • Operating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products. • Loading materials and monitoring machine performance. • Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment. • Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required. • Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
The Candidate To be successful you'll ideally have: • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery. • A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work. • A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
