Production Operative

Production Operative – Warrington People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Warrington. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Food Production Operative, Factory Operative, or Machine Operative. Shifts • Working 4 days and nights out of 7 (rota provided prior to start) Hours • 06:00 – 18:00 (Days) • 18:00 – 06:00 (Nights) • Must be able to work both day and night shifts Rates of Pay • 14.12 – 30.20 per hour Benefits As a Production Operative, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates of pay • Paid breaks • Ongoing work • Opportunity to secure a permanent position • Weekly pay • Immediate starts available Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include: • Completing quality records throughout the production process • Stripping down production equipment following each production run • Cleaning plant and machinery to strict hygiene standards • Reassembling equipment ready for the next production run • Carrying out start-up checks before production begins • Working in line with all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: • Availability to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota • Excellent attention to detail and a responsible approach to work • A willingness to learn and work effectively within a team • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food production experience is advantageous) Desirable Experience • Previous experience working within a food production environment • Experience cleaning and maintaining production machinery Training Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are interested in this opportunity as a Production Operative, click apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
