Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) - Band 5 Location: Carleton Clinic Position: Band 5 RMN (Block Bookings) Rates (Umbrella): 25.00 (Days) | 32.51 (Nights/Saturdays) | 40.00 (Sundays) Available Shifts We are looking for dedicated RMNs to fill immediate, consistent block bookings across a variety of mental health inpatient settings (Acute Male/Female, Older Adults, and Learning Disabilities). Choose the pattern that fits your lifestyle: • Day Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (07:00 - 21:00) • Night Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (20:30 - 07:30) • Ad-hoc / Mixed Shifts: Flexible days or nights Requirements • Valid NMC Registration (RMN) • Experience in inpatient mental health settings • PMVA / Restraint training (or equivalent) preferred • Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable Know a Great Nurse or HCA?
