Key Responsibilities • Execute high-precision MIG welding on specialized fixtures and heavy-duty components. • Work strictly to tight tolerances where quality and safety are the top priorities. • Safely operate overhead cranes and utilize jigs for assembling heavy parts. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict safety regulations. • Collaborate effectively with a team that takes immense pride in their craft. Required & Desired Qualifications • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or an equivalent relevant qualification). • Experience: Proven background in MIG welding with the ability to pass a trade test. • Equipment: Comfort using overhead cranes and jigs in a heavy industrial setting. • Mindset: A strong safety-first attitude and exceptional attention to detail. • Flexibility: Readiness to work rotating shift patterns (Days, Backs, and Nights).
