About this job
We’re looking for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to carry out call-outs, repairs, and planned maintenance on a wide range of passenger and goods lifts across your designated area.

Job Description
• Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits on vertical lifts • Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures • Deliver a consistently high standard of service and customer care • Use digital systems to log work and improve first-time fix rates • Support and mentor apprentices when required • Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Experience working on passenger and goods lifts • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge • NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress) • Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel • Company vehicle, tools, and PPE provided
