Your new company Our client is a leading provider of highways maintenance and infrastructure services, delivering essential maintenance and improvement works on behalf of a local authority across Northamptonshire's road network.

Your new role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of highway maintenance projects across the local authority network. Key responsibilities: • Managing day-to-day site operations on highways' maintenance schemes. • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. • Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, materials, and plant. • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental, and local authority requirements. • Liaising with stakeholders, depot teams, and operational management to ensure successful project delivery. What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience working as a Site Manager on highways maintenance or civil engineering projects. • Gold or Black CSCS Card. • SMSTS or SSSTS certification. • Highways Passport. • Temporary Works qualification/awareness. • Environmental Good Practice on Site qualification.
