Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Nottinghamshire.

Start Date: Monday 27th July Duration: 6 weeks Requirements: • Valid SMSTS certificate (essential) • Valid CSCS Card (Manager level preferred) • First Aid at Work certificate • Basic or Enhanced DBS Check (essential) • Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or occupied environments • Strong leadership and communication skills • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations Responsibilities: • Day-to-day management of the site and workforce • Coordinating subcontractors and site activities • Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard • Maintaining site records and health & safety documentation • Liaising with the client, contracts manager, and project team • Managing site logistics and ensuring compliance with programme requirements This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-managed refurbishment project with an immediate start.
